Looking To Live In A Golf Community – Look No Further Then Heritage Wake Forest!

Many of my clHeritage Golf Courseients want to see homes in a Triangle golf course community and Heritage Wake Forest many times ends up at the top of the list!  I am very familiar with and love Heritage Wake Forest as I spent two years doing on site new home sales at the award winning master planned golf community located in Wake Forest, NC.  Along with the great amenities, location (only minutes from downtown Raleigh and Research Triangle Park) and home choices from many of the Triangle’s finest builders, the #1 draw many times is the Heritage Wake Forest golf club.

Heritage Pro Shop

The semi private Heritage Wake Forest golf club is very well nestled into the framework of the homes that line the fairways and the entire community.  The Heritage Golf Course is very challenging yet fair with the design by world class architect Bob Moore of JMP Golf Design Group.  The Heritage Golf Club website states “the rolling terrain embraces the natural  characteristics of the land, winding through the Carolina pines with elevation changes, natural creeks, lakes and carefully placed pot bunkers.”  Along with the amazing course there also is a golf pro shop for all your apparel and equipment needs and a bar/resteraunt that features great food and atmosphere.

The course awards include:

  • North Carolina Magazine’s  “North Carolina’s Best New Course” in 2002

  • Favorite Course in the Triangle by Executive Golf Guide

The NCGolfCommunities.com website describes Heritage Wake Forest this way:  “Heritage Wake Forest is one of the Triangle’s premier golf and modern lifestyle communities. Located near vibrant downtown Wake Forest, with its historic homes on tree-lined streets, is Heritage Wake Forest. What was once the Marshall-Stroud Dairy Farm is now a golfer’s heaven. The Award winning par-72, 6,929-yard Heritage Golf Course spreads out over 200 acres of beautiful rolling hills and features more than 100 strategically placed pot bunkers, three holes that play along winding creeks, and six holes where natural lakes come into play.”

Heritage Wake Forest Sales Team – 2008 National Sales Team of the Year

I always believed that every experience and road traveled during your professional life will help lead you to your ultimate destination.  I know that my professional road still has many miles to travel but I am very thankful of my most recent experience and how that experience made it possible to go out on my own in real estate.  My 2 years at Heritage Wake Forest was spent working with many of the Triangle’s best builders, amazing home buyers in search of their dream homes, supportive co-workers and managers, great opportunities and I would not of traded for any other neighborhood even though it meant a lot of hard work and many weekends away from family and the associated activities and events.

The 2008 National Sales Team of the Year!

The 2008 National Sales Team of the Year!

Working at the Triangle’s #1 new home neighborhood also allowed our sales team to win many local and national awards and recently we won the most coveted award of all – The 2008 Gold Award for Best Sales Team in the entire United States! It was truly a team effort and I am very proud and honored to have been a part of that award winning team.  Even though I am now on the other side of the table I am looking forward to helping buyers and sellers in a place I know well and love – Heritage Wake Forest!

Read the recent press release about the national award and if you are a buyer or seller needing help in Heritage Wake Forest then I am here to help!
