Fuquay Varina is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing towns in the Triangle and they continue to celebrate the town’s 100th anniversary this year. Looking for something to do on Saturday April 25? Well go take a look at a great little community I am representing with Ashley Wilson by Triangle custom builder Homes By Dickerson called Avalon Springs. Avalon Springs features 7 great inventory showcase homes and many pre-sale opportunities in the $200-$300k price range.
When you are done touring Avalon Springs then go take a tour of Fuquay-Varina historic landmarks which will offer a rare inside look at some of the town’s architectural gems including the old schoolhouse. Tickets cost $5 to $12 and admission includes the Wake County Preservation Celebration. The tour will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April25. To get more information on the tour and other corresponding events please click here to view the News and Observer article.
I am always reminded of how many great events the Triangle features on any given weekend regardless of what Triangle town you live in!
